Suhey Peppers are made from the legendary recipe developed by our grandma, Ginger Suhey. They first became famous at her Penn State football tailgates in the 1970's, when they were made painstakingly by hand in her small kitchen (and later our Dad's garage.)
They're rich in flavor from a custom blend of spices and olive oil, and not sweet nor pickled tasting.
Crafted in small batches, our peppers deliver layers of flavor: a tangy brightness from apple cider vinegar, savory depth from the olive oil and garlic, and a mellow kick that enhances rather than overwhelms. The result is a versatile topping that elevates everything from sandwiches and grain bowls to charcuterie boards and eggs.
Free from artificial preservatives and made with premium, non-GMO ingredients, Suhey Peppers reflect generations of family tradition, with timeless flavor. A standout in the pantry, they’re the jar you reach for daily,
and most importantly, the one you share with friends.

Since we don't use artificial preservatives, we start our recipe process within a day of the peppers leaving the field.
