Shipping & Store Policies

Due to the nature of our products (food), we aren’t able to accept returns or exchange orders once they have shipped. All orders are non-refundable unless there is damage that incurs during shipping. However if there are any issues with your order, drop us a line at and we’ll work to make it right.

Additional Shipping Info:

$10 flat rate shipping for any quantity less than 12 jars. Free shipping when ordering 12 or more jars.

We strive to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days. In the event that it will take longer than that, it will be marked by a banner at the top of our website and/or we’ll reach out via email to keep you updated about any delays. 

Orders are generally in transit anywhere from 2 - 5 business days depending upon the shipping carrier and your location.

If your order arrives damaged, please snap a few photos of the outside of the package, the inside of the box, and the jars that were affected. Email them to us as soon as possible and we're happy to work with you to get out a replacement.

Am I able to change the address or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet and we’re able to catch it in time, we can change the address or cancel it. However once it's been shipped and you’ve received the tracking number, we're no longer able to edit the address or cancel it for you. Your best bet would be to reach out directly to the shipping carrier to request an address change.
