It's called the "Suhey Andouille," and it's in partnership with the Levy restaurant group, the Chicago Bears, and Bovine & Swine sausage crafters out of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

According to the Bears official website, "With the Bears celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 1985 season this year, creating a dish alongside former fullback and Super Bowl champion Matt Suhey was a perfect fit."
