Suhey Peppers are sliced peppers with varying degrees of heat that we steep in olive oil with garlic and spices based on a legendary recipe perfected by our grandma, Ginger Suhey.

The Original Peppers are a few degrees less spicy than most "medium" salsas. The Hot Peppers are generally about the same spice level or even a bit hotter than many "hot" salsas. 🔥 The Mild Peppers are safe for people that despise heat of any kind to enjoy, meaning that they pack a big hit of flavor, but no heat whatsoever.
The delicious olive oil that's left in the jar when the peppers are finished can be used in cooking, drizzled on salads or roast veggies, or used as a dipping sauce!
Because Suhey Peppers are made in small batches each season, their color, taste, and heat may vary due to the weather conditions during the peppers' growing season, similar to how a wine might vary from year to year.
