Suhey Peppers are small batch, sliced peppers that we steep in olive oil (no seed oils!) with garlic and spices based on a legendary recipe perfected by our grandma, Ginger Suhey.
Each jar is hand-packed with care in the farmland of Pennsylvania. 🌱

The Hot Peppers are spicy, but not crazy hot. The Medium Peppers have just a bit of a kick (that feels like the perfect amount of heat for many!) The Mild Peppers have all the flavor, but no heat whatsoever.
The delicious olive oil that's left in the jar when the peppers are finished can be used in cooking, drizzled on salads or roast veggies, or used as a dipping sauce!
Ingredients: Banana Peppers, Olive Oil, Garlic Cloves, Non-GMO Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Spices.
Because Suhey Peppers are made in small batches each season, their color, taste, and heat may vary due to the weather conditions during the peppers' growing season, similar to how a wine might vary from year to year.
