Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food.) As such, in the spirit of safety, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives damaged, please take a few photos and send them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Once we receive your photos, we're happy to get you out at replacement.
If there's an issue with your order, we'll evaluate on a case by case basis and do what we can to make it right. If a refund is deemed the best course of action, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
