Recipe: Pasta with Shrimp & Peppers!

Say hello to your new go-to pasta recipe!

 Pepper fan Donna K. sent this recipe to us with the comment, "THIS WAS OUTSTANDING!!!" After giving it a whirl in the kitchen, we totally agree.

In 2 TBS olive oil
Saute ¼ cup shallot, 3 garlic cloves
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Add ¼ chopped cherry tomatoes and ¼ cup Suhey Peppers (your choice of heat)

Add a few splashes of white wine
Add 1 -2 cups chopped spinach

At the same time boil the water and cook ½ lb pasta
Drain the pasta saving 1 cup of pasta cooking water

Add the pasta / 2 tbs butter/ and pasta cooking water as needed

Let that cook down a little, add more of the water and a healthy dose of chopped parsley

For the shrimp, we baked ours at 375 degrees for 15 mins with butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, and italian seasoning. Mix them into the pasta pan on the stove at the very end and serve.

For added flavor and an extra pop of color, sprinkle extra Suhey Peppers on top when plated. 🌶️
