We whipped up this recipe using some leftover broiled salmon on a cold, rainy day in an attempt to warm up our kitchen and also our bellies. 🤤 Then we decided the kitchen still wasn't warm enough, so we'd also need to bake some brownies. (And now you have an excellent new excuse to bake yourself some brownies, too.😉)
The Suhey Peppers, added on top the end right before serving, brightened up the dish and added a nice punch of flavor. 🥊. We also added some spinach and basil to the sauce while cooking because we had some in the fridge and why not!? Finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan and.... 🚀👌🏽.
